"Excellent Period property. As an older building we were unsure what to expect but it’s immaculate throughout. Staff were incredibly friendly and we were delighted to be checked in 3 hours prior to the arranged time. Couldn’t be more conveniently located a minute walk from the castle and the Main Street where all the shops, bars and restaurants are. They don’t have onsite parking but there is a very safe pay and display car park 3 minutes walk away which was only £14 for 24 hours. That’s much cheaper than any other city hotel I’ve ever been to. We will be back. We really enjoyed our stay and the city. "

"Staff were beyond brilliant, calling as a courtesy once I had arrived in my room, spa was lovely especially the thermal area, rooms was spacious and warm, food was good, courtyard was cute at night when t was lit up. Would really recommend and would definitely go again "

"This hotel was easy to find. When we arrived the staff were amazing and helpful. We had one problem with the room because it didn’t have enough beds, however the hotel manager was so helpful and sorted it out straight away. The food was nice and most importantly the beer was amazing!"

"We were at the Last Drop for a wedding and didn't experience too much of the hotel but the bedroom was clean, breakfast was plentiful and my wife enjoyed half an hour in the hot tub. "
