"This is a great hotel, nice and modern. All the staff were lovely and helpful, check in and out was easy. Hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, the fridge and safe were an added bonus. Loved the little window seat. Great secure parking, which we pre booked. Breakfast was lovely and not busy. Lots of nice fresh food to choose from. Good location, it's a 5 minute walk to the metro and a 10 minute ride into Amsterdam. You can buy your tickets at the hotel. There's also a little supermarket, (Jumbo) and a McDonald's 5 minute walk away. We'd definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. "

"My stay at the Ruby Hotel was great. The ambience is so chic and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming always willing to the help. There was also a restaurant/bar with small bites in the hotel which I didn’t get to try but the menu was always provided when asked. Metro was a 5 min walk, about 3 dinning restaurants within a 5-10min walk. Very quiet and clean area with a lovely marina near by. Just a 10 min car ride to the AMS airport you cannot beat that. About a 15-20 min car ride tops to the center city attractions. But my only concern was housekeeping as they didn’t do a throughly room clean. "

"This hotel was excellent and perfectly located for the main museums and shopping areas. The Riyksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum were just a stones throw away. A wide range of cafes and restaurants were approximately a 20min walk away and it's located about a 40min walk to the Anne Frank house. The welcome we received was excellent. We were offered a welcome glass of Prosecco and check-in was great. We had an issue with online check in and we're charged a few times in error, however this was swiftly resolved and refunded. The room itself was comfortable and clean and the facilities in room were modern. The bed was a great size and the safe, tea & coffee were a welcome addition. The only drawback was the early morning traffic noise as the hotel is positioned next to a fairly main road. I would ask for a higher room if possible. Overall, an excellent and positive stay. "

"Property is nice and accessible to bus stop. However, it would help if they have a big hotel sign of their name visible from the bus stop as the bus stop is on the bridge and can easily be missed at night - it is pretty dark."
