"We enjoyed our stay at Crossways, the staff were friendly and polite however we had to draw attention to the room being dusty and the shower not working properly. They were very apologetic and cleaned the room immediately, however it was a weekend stay with no maintenance workers so we had to make do with the shower. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The free breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was enjoyable and not overpriced. I found it difficult to use the Rolec EV chargers...

Pub very quiet , we were only patrons in the bar ! Friendly owner , breakfast adequate , stayed here as we were exploring other towns nearby , good parking spaces "

"Lovely place to stay for our visits into Glastonbury. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sophie who was on hand at meal times and checking us out. The room was very large, clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. Meals were delicious and it was obviously a popular place for the locals as the bar was always busy. "It’s very nice, if you can find it. On Sunday there are no buses into Poundbury so you have to walk through the development. There’s minimal signage and few people around to get directions. The B&B itself is quite nice and my room,#8, was quiet with a view for miles over the countryside. Ideal location to catch the local bus to Lyme Regis."

"A lovely pub and hotel in a very quiet Somerset village. One mile off the A303 and 7 miles to Sherborne. Pub food is fine as is the continental breakfast in the morning. Excellent value for the money which includes a very comfortable room."
