"The Lamb is a fine hotel in the heart of Ely. The staff were reliably helpful, polite, and skilled. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for me and my wife. Breakfast was well done, we had the "Full English" a couple of times and "Continental" (Cereal, fruit, yogurt) other times. Coffee was good. Lovely hotel great location, well tended grounds

"A lovely stay in a beautiful hotel in a great location, friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful gym and swimming pool. I was disappointed with the bar prices, we paid £6 for a tiny bowl of mixed nuts, £10 a pint and £8 for a small glass of wine. It was a treat for us both and overall we enjoyed our stay and met with family who live locally. Thank you! "

"We loved using the new roof-top pizza/bar, although we wish it were non-smoking. We were also very happy to have outdoor seating options for meals. The closeness of transit to the university was key for us. Staying in an apartment instead of a hotel gave us a lot of flexibility to work and have meals, thanks to the Sainsbury. We will definitely come back."
