"It is conveniently placed for all the attractions that Newmarket has. The room was clean the staff very helpful. The only downside was the stairs as our room was on the second floor and I have mobility problems but I done it and got quicker in the three days we stayed."

The location of the hotel was perfect in the centre of Bury St Edmunds with the addition of free parking. The breakfast was good and the portions excellent. We had drinks at the bar & all the staff we dealt with were great. Thank you for providing a very comfortable stay in Bury St Edmunds."
