"The jetted tubs need desperately to have the jets cleaned it was gross and they use way to much chlorine in the hot tub it burns your eyes as soon as you walk in the pool area but the rest of the hotel and rooms were nice"

"Pleasantly surprised about this hotel - overall very new and updated - kids really enjoyed the pool while Dad got to enjoy the Casino. We were in town to hike Wild Cat Den State Park which was amazing, also visited Malibu Jacks Adventure Center for the kids which was a ton of fun. Specific to the hotel - it's location is on the outskirts of town which is okay but lots of wind while we were there and exiting the place was like a wind tunnel and very cold (March 2025). "The front desk agent was so nice and professional. She let me check in early due to a car emergency that I had she ensure that I was safe and that the room was clean. She was a pleasure to work with and be able to meet. I would definitely recommend this to people who are trying to save money And want a nice place to stay. I had a room on the first floor, which was renovated to a nice cozy room. "

"If you love anything Victorian this is the place for you! The woodwork was exquisite! We had a lovely stay. Barbara was a wonderful hostess and made us a delicious breakfast! Fresh fruit with whipped cream. Lemon poppy seed muffins, raspberry kuken, ham and cheese omelets, OJ, coffee and tea! We enjoyed chatting with her and finding out about the history of the house!"
