"I hate leave a review because I would like to keep it a secret! This is our get away that we look forward to every time we stay here. Have stayed 4 times and can’t wait to stay again. Mike and Monica are so gracious. They stay away unless you have a need for them. The history of this wonderful place is as rich as the little riverfront area that surrounds it. "This was the perfect spot for our large family. There was a place for everyone to sleep and it was very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. The rooftop patio was a hit for us. The location was very nice as well! They were prepared with sound machines and ear plugs for the lively Saturday night music nearby. Overall I would stay again!"

"This was just a short weekend trip for my friend and I. It was a decent stay. It could have been a bit cleaner to my liking, but it wasn’t awful. My friend and I did end up buying a shower mat since the one in the shower/tub was a bit dirty and another pillow because the second bedroom only had two rather small ones. "This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball.
