"Our contact person was very late and arrived without the key. Once we were finally able to get in the place was filthy. Clearly not cleaned from the last guests, and worse, not properly cleaned for a very long time (Covid clean-no way!). Kitchen and bathrooms nasty. The topper was when a trapped pigeon came out of the kitchen stove hood dropping feathers and feces all over before flying out of a window. Never again. Stay far away from this place!"

"We found everything to be fantastic from checking in (Cynthia is a delightful host and excellent tourist information guide) to checking out. We used a number of her reastaurant recommendations and ate like royality. The bed was comfortable and everywhere was sparklingly clean. St Sulpice de Faleyrens is ideally located to explore the region with a train station less than 10 minutes away. We had a fantastic stay and will happily return."

"Easy to get to by tram. Large well equipped flat. 2 flights of spiral staircase was challenging with suitcases but the apartment was worth it. Balcony lovely for a drink in the sun. Good restaurants on the square outside. We will be back. "

"The name accurately describes the property: Studio Cozy. The studio apartment is very small and was sparklingly clean. Very nicely appointed - nice fixtures and comfy bed. With no exterior windows, the studio became very humid. There is an opaque skylight which allowed for some natural light. The bathroom door would not close properly - an easy fix which we assume will be addressed soon. We loved the location - easy walking to restaurants and city sights."

It was close to the historic enter of town with shops, restaurants and sites near by. We felt safe walking late at night. Alice was helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us."

"Cute apartment. It is supposed to sleep 6 but we only had 2 wine glasses of different sizes. The apartment needed a good inspection by management. The dining room chairs had loose legs. The outdoor furniture had torn cushions. We both have Nespresso machines and we know bitter coffee means it must be descaled. The coffee was so bitter we could not use it. The apartment is on a small square that is a major thorough fare in the neighbourhood and is very noisy. The description says it is 8 minutes...

"We ended up leaving after the first night because we couldn't stay there. I told the owner that we were leaving; she didn't respond. The room in the dungeon downstairs had no ventilation. The owner had a humidifier, but I had to empty it 3 times in the middle of the night. This dungeon cannot be good for your lungs. It was musty upstairs too, so we tried sleeping with the doors open, but we got eaten by mosquitos. The fold out couch will not fit 2 adults. The place does not sleep 6. The couch...
