"The house worked out really well for our needs and was very well situated right near the beach. The view was great! The house was very nicely furnished and had just about everything we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, etc. I'd highly recommend this rental."

"Nice clean property with decent view of ocean. Has amazing sunsets. Recommend owner add scrubber sponge for dish washing, more hand towels, and dish towels. Also recommend better labels on rubbish, recycle and compost bins because it was a total guess on how to distribute waste. Very good remote property, some highway noise but limited to occasional vehicles. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a good experience overall. We stayed for two nights, and the house had everything we needed—comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, and a good wood fire. The host even provided some extra treats and stopped by to say hi and ensure we were settled. A thoughtful and welcoming stay."

"A charming beach cottage set in a natural garden that merges with the native bush. Charming if you enjoy a rustic return to the past with no TV and no Wifi. Loved it. "

"We stayed at the property for one night after a sports event. Jed was great to deal with and always prompt in returning emails and answering questions, he went out of his way to help and let us park our race car inside the shed as the car does not lock and we were concerned it might attract unwanted attention. rooms very clean and tidy and a good shower. ten out of ten from me."

"Extremely comfortable with everything we needed. Very easy communication and checking in procedure. A lot of thought and attention to detail throughout the home. Was lovely to find milk and drinks in fridge and chocolates and cookies provided. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Walking distance to Monteith’s brewery where we had a fabulous evening. Would definitely recommend this property."

"peaceful location. lovely villa. had sky tv. our villa had a washing line but no washing machine, which would have been handy. wifi not great so made booking next stage of our road trip hard. nice touch having hot tub for guests to use. hosts really easy to contact. would recommend but with caveats about washing machine and wifi."
