"Amazing Stay at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino! Our family spent three wonderful days at the Sheraton Convention Center, and it was an unforgettable experience! "The hotel is charming with unique and fun features like a glass elevator and the roof top terraces. We had a two room suite so that our kids could be in an adjoining room. It was small but comfortable. Check-in is strictly at 4pm so, as you would imagine, there were a lot of people trying to check in at the same time. We came in a few minutes before 4 and did not have to wait too long. The neighborhood is in the heart of the historic Old San Juan and close to one of the old forts. Great walking...

"They need to add warm eggs to breakfast , they need proper coffee dispensers . There is no place in the shower to put toiletries . Alfin was very helpful. "

"Great hotel! The only thing I would improve or change is the bed and pillows. The mattress was too soft, the pillows too firm and the mattress on the sofa bed was way too thin. Good tging we were there for just one night."

"Staying at the La Terraza in Old San Juan was the highlight of my trip. The staff was EXCELLENT! Very accommodating and helpful 24/7! Even though they had breakfast services, La Terraza was also a very short walk to various restaurants. Being a woman traveling with my teenage daughter, elderly mother and young autistic son, I felt very safe in the surrounding community and I am grateful that I was able to take my mother one more time to Old San Juan to see all the new changes that occurred...

"Ok in just we enjoyed the hotel and the guest services employee who attended us. However #1 restrooms on 2nd floor overflowing water on floor. #2 rude employee in restaurant and #3 no towels in pool area btw the pool water was very cloudy. But we enjoyed our stay because we made the best of the situations. "
