"This adorable little house in Salinas was the perfect setup for 3 friends. We each had our own comfortable bedrooms, each with our own TVs and our own temperature control units to suit our individual preferences. The shared space was comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate. We would love a return visit!"

"Although you can see from the listing the furniture is old and uncomfortable, the house still photographs well. However, looks can be deceiving. I got there in the evening, but when the sun came up, I was truly horrified at how filthy, dilapidated, worn out, unsafe this place really is. I emailed the owner and was met with attitude and a lot of pushback. The stove is broken, the sinks, broken glass door, broken or missing locks, wall switch hanging off wall, dirty walls, floors, toilets...

"This place is amazing, very nice, very clean, nice location you have a walmart in less then 6min away and many stores around, a theater and eating places too. Is the best location. The people in charge are super nice and very attentive. I recommend this 100 times. Trust me u would not be disappointed. Love this place. Thanks for everything. El citio esta super chevere. "This apt is nice; TV in every room, the owner is very attendive to ur phone calls, and is there to assist u,and very cozy. There is a building, a small mall grocery. Also there’s food sold near by, But we were vegan if you like sea food ur good thanks."

The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic.
