No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If those maintenance issues were addressed then 5 star."

"Such a great location, and the host has thought of everything! We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful. The property looks great online but even better in person with updated linens and window treatments. I was amazed at how clean, bright, and open this house is. Just a quick walk to the local beach and an easy drive to the ferry to Vieques. Also easy walk to malecón and the wonderful local restaurants recommended by host. Highly recommend!! "

Pros: Large home with lots of space and room for 2 families of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids each) to spread out. Loved the location, gated community, ocean view, pool, & available laundry. Manuel (the host) was friendly and easy to communicate with. Cons: For our 10 day stay, it was not ideal having to live out of suitcases since there were no available drawers to unpack luggage. Not a big deal...

"I found this place to be a beautiful getaway, despite the power outage in the house (which was not the host's fault). It was truly a unique experience. The host was excellent with communication and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for a single family. However, the bedding may not be ideal for larger family gatherings, especially with elderly members. The neighbors were incredibly kind and helpful during the outage. "We had 6. 4 college age girls and 2 parents. We did the rainforest tour, bioluminescent bay, snorkeling, and Old San Juan. It was the perfect location to do these things within equal driving distance. We also enjoyed the pool and beach there plenty. The place was nice and clean. Any issues Jay was on immediately and the communication was great "
