You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! Javier is a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had, and giving us information about the area, so that we could make the most out of our stay. "Beautiful home set in the hills with no visual neighbours. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Big covered veranda, big rooms help make this a great family home. It has no A/C but it really wasn't needed due to its location and lots of surrounding trees. The hot water is on and off a bit but it was warm. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Just loved it."

"Our group had a very nice stay at the home. Our best memory will be of the incredible view of the water - cannot be beat. The outdoor space and pool were a big hit and that is where we spent a majority of our time. The main level was open and airy and had plenty of space for us all in terms of the kitchen, dining room, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were large and spacious. We had a wonderful time!"

Plenty of space, no shared bathrooms, great kitchen, beautiful grounds, easy ocean access, lots of kayaks, fun snorkeling in the mangroves, easy paddle to small islands. Hot tub is great even though you didn’t think you’d want one in Puerto Rico! If you can afford this place, you should!"

"The apartments were ideal for a large group of older adults. There were plenty of comfortable beds and the kitchen was good to work out of for group meals. Armando was very responsive when we had some minor issues. The location was great. The solar hot water was sometimes luke warm, but our volunteers were hot from working on repairing homes, so it wasn't a big problem. The two porches off Units 3 and 4 were a nice gathering place for a large group."
