"The property was in poor condition. The paint on the ceiling was peeling. The paint in the room in poor condition. The room had no closet or where to put clothes. The windows did not close completely. The bathtub leaked all the time. In the area where the sofa bed is located there was no fan or air conditioning. Only the location was excellent."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Lago. The house was spacious and comfortable and the porch was wonderful. Fortunately it was cool and there was no need for air-conditioning. The units included in each room need repairs made to vent system. We found it to be centrally located to every where we visited. Would love to come back again and stay there. Enjoyed watching the horses and garzas in the yard.This house is truly a GEM nestled in the mountains of Adjuntas. "

"The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded. When I decided to take a shower to cool off i was touching the shower head and the power came on for a second and somehow i got electrocuted then the power went out again. I didn't suffered permanent damage but the shock hurt a lot and thank god it was just a shock and not something that could have killed me. I wrote to the management and didnt get a reply... "

"This was our second time staying at the Hacienda. We absolutely loved it. There’s so much to do at home, our teenager and young adults were never bored. We swam, played games and music. Although there is a tv available, it wasn't needed nor missed. Staying here made for some quality family time. Coral and Camacho made our stay beyond comfortable. It was perfect, we hope to stay again soon!"
