"Wonderful place to stay "

"Ricardo and his family were very welcoming. They made sure to text me and communicate with me on the instructions and expectations upon arrival. The grounds are just wonderful and the view of San Juan at night is impeccable. We are from Florida and this was our first time in Puerto Rico, and the family completely met our visions of how this vacation would go. They were so helpful with cultural tips and the surrounding area as far as amenities. The pool and breakfast are a mega plus. Thank you guys! :) "

"Easy check-in and check-out, the house was close to everything you needed or wanted to do like the malls, restaurants, grocery store, walgreens and Casa Barcardi. We were only 13-15 min from the San Juan airport which made it even nicer. The host Ingrid was exceptional and always responded to our questions in a short time. We enjoyed a little visitor a cool cat that would come daily to say hello and he came to see us off when we left. What a great family vacay we had."

"Agnes was a very attentive host! I was supposed to arrive on a Monday and my boyfriend was going to meet me at the house.  My plane was delayed and Agnes so kindly prepared the home and provided food and beverages. My plane was delayed an entire day and my boyfriend, who lives in Puerto Rico, drove a long distance to meet me at the airport. Agnes was so kind to let him stay at the rental home, even though he was not scheduled to stay! After I arrived, I was pleasantly pleased with the home. The home is in a very quiet, urban area. Outside at night, there is the most pleasant sound of the Coqui frogs! Being a lover of song birds, I loved the sound of these frogs! The home is a bit warm outside of the bedroom (the bedroom is air conditioned), but we used the fans to cool off the other rooms and were comfortable. While visiting, I still had to work (I'm a teacher), so the second bedroom is set up as an office. I was very pleased with this accommodation since I needed the space for dual monitors! Overall, the place was perfect for us and when we're not traveling with the kids, the home is great for the two of us! We will stay again soon and encourage others reading our review to enjoy the home too! Agnes, thank you for being such a lovely host! Jonathan and Jai❤️ "

"Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property. "

"It was Wonderful! Loved the clean smell once we walked in the door. Everything was nice and everything we hoped for. We needed a broom and mop and it was provided fairly quick. Neighbors were quiet. Nice when spoken to. Fairly near to everything. We would definitely rent again. Thank you so much "
