"It was very hard to communicate with the staff. I had to call more than 10 times for the just to get a remote for the TV. This place is not located by many businesses to get food or groceries etc. There is a bar close by, however doesn't not have very many chioces for food or beverages. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not very customer service friendly. "

"This is my second time staying at this location & I love everything about this stay. I highly recommend it! The area is safe & quiet. It has easy access to food, bars, gas station, supermarkets, plaza centers with several known food chains & planet fitness if you want to work out. My favorite thing about this stay is the garden area. I will book with Wilfredo once again when I revisit Puerto Rico. "

"Very clean and centrally located in Coamo. Close to town center. Perfect stay for visiting Coamo and surrounding areas. The open area and surrounding balcony offers wonderful views while having coffee and pan from local bakery San Jose. Went every day for Cafe con leche and pan. All rooms had A/C which was much needed for this visiting gringo. Will definitely book again next trip."

"We had a great time! Ingrid was easy to communicate with and responded timely. The house was very clean & tidy. We were welcomed with a basket full of goodies. It was really nice to walk in & see that. We truly felt welcomed. :) The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walks in the morning. The privacy in the back yard & the pool was awesome. "Our stay at The Encanto was just that… A True Delight! Home is at the very beginning of the “suburbs” At first a bit confusing to find but once you find the Universidad & say 199… an Uber will find it asap… Was a little disappointed at not having a stove, so I had to budget the Uber Eats. But that Beautiful pool made up for it! Listening to the coqui every night and drinking my cafe every morning by the pool was my absolute favorite thing to do… Thank you!"
