"You get what you pay for. Old building and room needs some freshening up - paint, but you are in Old San Juan which is really a cool place. You are directly across from two bars and next to one, so it is a bit noisy late into the night (use the ear plugs). If you are looking to party each night into the wee hours then this is an awesome location. Room 11 has a detached bathroom you will need to cross a hallway, but you are at the end of hall. Air conditioner in the room is awesome - sincerely...

"The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect! There are plenty of beds, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette to brew coffee or make food. You will not regret it!"

"Overall it was a pretty good place, within walking distance of the event, restaurants and beaches. The place is clean and spacious. The only negative I have is there was no washer or dryer and the sink in the main hallway leaking. We had to put a bowl under to catch the water. Other than that, it was great."

After a longer stay in Vieques we stayed at a different place before returning to NY that we did not like as much as your place even though it had more amenities. The check in process was flawless. "Because you are in the middle of the action, you will be happy there is no window in the room because of all the noise outside. The stairs leading up to the room are steep so if you have a large or heavy bag make sure someone can help you carry it up. You can't beat the price and location of this place."
