"We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped. "The staff are brilliant and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Saw a couple of negative reviews and can’t understand why. The room size and facilities were good. The bathroom washbasin stand was a bit tired but if you want value for money and nice friendly helpful staff this is the place. "
