We were sent 5 different codes to get in, and none of them worked. After we kept trying, we had to have our daughter come and help us contact someone. We kept texting the number to call us immediately, and no one called. I had the hostess's name and our confirmation number, but had no one ever responded to our plea for help. Finally my daughter contacted VRBO with some of her information and the hostess called back. We were always given a 6 diget number, and she told us she kept telling VRBO that it's 4 digets. All this after we had driven 19 hours. It took us a couple days to decompress, needless to say. Without our daughter's help we never would have gotten in. From now on we will just reserve at motels so we have access to a person and not email and texting.
