"I was in room 1306 with an amazing floor to ceiling windows overseeing the city, unfortunately due to the exposure to the sun and the locked thermostat temperature, the room becomes inhabitable during the day due to the heat, when I complained they said to close the curtains therefore making me pay for a view I could not enjoy. I believe this one is enough for some sort of refund or some perks for my next stay. Hopefully this complaint in writing will go to who makes decision."

"Very accessible for different activities: shopping, dinning, transportation. The service was great and very attentive. The hotel and rooms we stayed were very clean and organized. The check-in and check-out were pretty straightforward and quick. Food were excellent. Although I wish there could be more variety for breakfast. Did not have time to try the pool and spa, but definitely next time! "
