"The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cocktails good and great location to explore from. Honestly though the staff make this place a 5* review, absolutely faultless."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. "Overnight stay before flying home. Good position in City and had free parking across the road from hotel. You can walk to city Center - takes about 20 minutes. Friendly staff, breakfast busy at 9.00 am. "
