"We had a reservation for 2 days here unfortunately when we check in nobody was there in the property it was 3:30pm of February 14,2025. We talked to the property owner and she said don't have any reservations for me that day. Long story short she did not check me in at all and she told me I got scammed because she don't post this property in Expedia. I had no choice but leave. This reservations was already paid. I do not recommend this place. Trust me I wasn't expecting this to happen since...

"The property was too small to accommodate 10 adults, water is very slow and will take at least 20 minutes for one adult to finish taking a shower. Kitchen is part of the garage. We were given futon as mattresses to accommodate 4 individuals. The 2nd bathroom is too small. We ended up leaving and at the last minute and late at night to find accommodation VRBO didn’t do a good job inspecting this facility. I believe I was misled by VRBO. "The location is safe and not crowded. The Festive Walk Mall is a walking distance. We stayed during the Dinagyang Festival so the hotel’s atmosphere was very energetic! There was was live music at the dining areas. The pool area is relaxing and there was a dj spinning some cool tunes in the late afternoon to early evening. I will highly recommend staying at The Courtyard Marriott during this time of year. "
