"Heading to the Paris Olympics, kinda last minute, we found Maison de Jardin. An amazingly private estate in the woods. Vic and Henrietta were amaizing hosts, with some valuable insights on food and attractions that most aren’t aware of. The “House” is really a combination of two older buildings combined into an intimate but open layout. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and beautiful gardens just added the right amount of AHHH. "

The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. The location was very convenient and was close to the stadium and about 39 mins from the airport. "Ich habe diese Unteekunft gewählt, um sie als Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise nach Paris zu nutzen. Wir waren 1 Erwachsener und 3 Teenager. Die Unterkunft war mit 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten optimal für uns. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Und konnten uns nachts fernab des Großstadttrubels erholen. Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig in Marne-Tal. Der Bahnhof war bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso die Fußgängerzone von Lagny. Wir waren zufrieden."

Einen Garten haben wir nicht gefunden. Ein Bad ist einfach zu wenig. War aber alles sauber. Die Lage ist okay. Mit Bus und Bahn ca. eine Stunde ins Zentrum. Halbe Stunde mit dem Zug und man ist schon mitten in Paris. Die Vermieter sind super freundliche Menschen. Konnten leider kein Deutsch oder Englisch aber mit der Sprachfunktion bei einem Übersetzer konnten wir uns super verständigen. Gerne wieder!"

"I am a young woman solo vacationing from the U. S. and absolutely loved my stay here! I had trouble contacting a taxi for pickup and the owners were so kind to call one for me and make sure I got where I needed to go. The property is lovely and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Turning the locks on the front door are a bit tricky, but I had no other issues. Highly recommend this area if you are visiting the nearby Chateau, and the village itself is very pleasant and safe. "

"This house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, homely, plenty to do, fantastic access to Paris and Disney (train station for Paris is only a 15 minute walk and a 30 minute train into the City). Disney a 15 minute drive. The host are very friendly and helpful. The garden and grill are great although there was no hot tub. I would highly recommend."
