"We chose to elope on the property with a few close friends and all of our children. This property truly had it all! Not only was it beautiful enough to have the ceremony on site, it was also accommodating for all of our children (ages ranged infant to 14). We will be coming to stay again! "

"The property was very spacious and had plenty to do on-site from fishing, kayaking (although it was too cold while we were there), to the games in the downstairs area. It was a fairly quick drive to grocery and restaurants should you want to head out, but the immediate neighborhood was also great for taking walks. The property does show some wear in places and could use some more seating in the dining area, but it was more than enough space overall for our entire family (some staying overnight...

"We arrived Thankgiving Day to a home beautifully decorated for Christmas. The home had ample space for our family and a great view of lake. It was clean and in a great location. Our host (Susan) was outstanding ! A wonderful time had by all. "

"Paul was very accommodating, friendly and an interesting guy. He welcomed us and asked that if we have any concerns, just call. He spoke with my brother (in-law) and gave him some pointers on fishing. The accommodations were clean. The kitchen had everything convenience and utensil to make our stay . "I can't say enough about the property or the hosts, they were super easy to deal with and it may have the best views at the lake. We will definitely be going back and hopefully get to enjoy the great fishing there. I have stayed in many VRBO properties but this one was hands down the best all around experience."

"Christmas trip with my grown kids and their significant others and our new grand baby! The house was perfect! The bedrooms are upstairs and the entertaining area, kitchen and dining area are downstairs! Great set up and had everything we needed to cook and entertain! Also only 5 minutes to a gas station, 10 to a DG market and 15 to 20 minutes from multiple shopping spots and restaurants! "

"Large house for a large gathering. Great space to enjoy. We loved the media room for movie nights and watching footballl. Our host was very responsive to our needs. The kitchen was a little sparse on things we needed like a decent can opener, spatulas, pairing knives, serving utensils and serving dishes. If you’re planning to cook big meals, just plan ahead. Location was amazing and with a boat dock included it would be great in the summer too. "

"We did a quick family getaway with our adult children and their spouses and had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for everyone, listing just as described, and all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and they were very responsive when a smoke detector battery went out. Quiet location, right on the water. 5 stars!!"
