"We loved how this is genuinely a family friendly trip. We didn't feel uncomfortable with our kids having fun. There's good soundproofing between the rooms, the only place there's a tiny bit of noise leakage is through the door which is very normal in any hotel! We had fun in the swimming pool and the breakfast had a good selection so the kids enjoyed it and that made our lives easier. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and good with kids. We found the location perfect for day trips to BeWilderwood, Roarr and about 40mins to see the seals on the beach. There's a new bug zoo nearby too and Norwich castle but we didn't make it there. We had a brilliant time."

"A lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff and couldn't be better situated - only 2-3 minutes walk from rail station and very close to the city centre. Also immaculately clean and very reasonably priced and immaculately clean. "

"Perfect onsite parking directly outside the hotel. 5mins walk to the beach and other attractions, shops, arcades etc. Old building with dated decor, carpets and rooms. Still had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay, fridge, microwave and kettle in room. A lift in main reception which I used to take my luggage up to 3rd floor. At £35 a night, I will definitely be booking again. Very pleasant front of house staff 😊"

"We had a meet for the evening with friends and used the coach house for the first time. The hotel was lovely, everyone was very friendly , the food was excellent and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The price was reasonable. We have already recommended it to our car club for when we meet up and also family and other friends. "
