"Had a lovely stay in a superior room. Every thing was very clean, in the room and the hotel bar/lounge. The room it's self was huge, we had a jacuzzi bath and a four poster bed. The bed was lovely and comfortable. All the staff were very attentive and chatty. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to give this hotel a go. The rooms are exceptional value compared to others in the area of the same price."

"We couldn't fault the receptionist when we arrived. Absolutely amazing and so friendly. Infact, all staff were friendly and helpful. The food was faultless and the steak was cooked perfectly (medium/rare). We stayed in the apartments separate to the hotel. The room was spacious. However, when we arrived back at our apartment late last night, our block stunk of weed and it was all in our apartment. One of the apartments on the bottom floor had been smoking weed and stunk the communal area along with our apartment out. It wasn't appropriate to remain in our accommodation. The staff were amazing and moved us immediately as they came to the apartment block and could smell it before opening the communal door. We were moved into the main hotel, which was really appreciated. Although this happened, it would not put us off going back again to stay as the staff were apologetic and rectified the issue immediately so we could sleep in a room which was free of "weed smoke". "
