"We were here last year in august with our granddaughters and this time with our pups. The cottage is perfect for us … fenced in front yard for the pups and a beautiful backyard for us. Unfortunately both times we were here there was a ton of algae so we were not able to let the dogs go in. I think the only negative is that it’s not ours!!!!😀"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Little Bay Getaway. The property was very well equipped and even had an air conditioner which we used on two days. "Was the perfect place for our family vacay, including our pup. The crate provided was more than enough space for our 50lb pup and the fenced in backyard was a dream! The kiddos loved the bunk beds, the books, games, the floaties and the beach. The adults enjoyed the kayaks and the peace of mind that the kids could safely play on the beach as the water stayed shallow for quite a ways out. The house itself was clean and just what we needed. "This property has an absolutely beautiful view from the house. The windows are amazing! Enjoy the sunrise from your bed. Could use some updated bakeware and the stovetop was uneven which made cooking interesting. Some mice made the stay less than wonderful. Country living does have its downfalls sometimes. "

"We loved everything about this home and the surrounding property. As others have mentioned - it's a good 30 minutes to any neighboring towns, so we made sure plan our meals ahead and brought groceries with us. The house is lovely, spacious and was perfect for our 3 generations and two dogs. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed seeing the deer cross the lawn, beautiful sunrises across the basin and the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating options! We hope to be back again some time!"

" We had a great time and the 2 cozy cabins we stayed in were perfect for our weekend family gathering of 9 adults. Very Clean and well appointed. Really enjoyable property with beautiful Sunrise view over the water from the decks, water crafts provided, fire pit and fun family games. Easy to get to downtown Gladstone and escanaba. "We came for a lityle getaway to relax and wind down between a busy summer and the start of our daughter's senior year. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot. Both cottages were just as described and the seperate bunkhouse was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space.
