"Excelente hotel para famílias, especialmente com crianças pequenas. Padrão resort. Suíte Santa Clara é excelente (enorme, espaçosa e com linda vista). Tenho alguns poucos reparos a fazer. Considerando o padrão do hotel, há algumas regras de "all inclusive" que parecem "mesquinharia". Por exemplo, água está incluída na diária, mas se você pede uma água com gás nas refeições o hotel cobra à parte. O café "normal", disponibilizado nas máquinas do restaurante, também está incluído, mas o café...

"Everything is great except the bad smell that comes from the street behind the hotel. Smells like garbage in the early morning, so if your room has a window towards that direction I don't recommend opening the window, just keep the a/c on."

"This was one of the dirtiest and ran down hotels I've ever stayed at. There was stains on floor and the bedding had stained sheets. Mold was growing in the shower and my coworker that stayed in room next to me had flees in his room. Stay away!"

"Very comfortable and with very good attention from staff both at the reception as in the restaurant. Need to improve conditions for the shower for handicapped people with grippers and a stool. Had to put walker into the tight shower to avoid danger for fall"
