"La Dimora sul Mare" is located on Bari's seafront, 2 km from the center and the old town.

The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, crib, and high chair.
Private parking can be provided upon request (for a fee and subject to availability) and public street parking can be provided for a fee.

The feeling is that of staying on a boat, as it is an eighth-floor penthouse with a private sea-view terrace and with beach access 20 meters away.
