"Stayed overnight with a friend for a concert at Birmingham NEC, very reasonable price, clean and cosy. Friendly owner who lives in a separate house at the bottom of the property. Cooked breakfast available and a coffee machine that does a pretty good hot chocolate. Only slight downside is if you are a light sleeper it's close to a train track and the airport, but personally this didn't bother me."

Towels were plentiful and extra pillows also available in the room. A later checkout would make the stay even better. We were out and about so only spent a small amount of time in the room. We walked into moreton in marsh which wasnt too far, about half an hour."
