"We had a very enjoyable week at this small hotel. Continental breakfast was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you, from the reception to the cleaner. It is a five minute walk to the wonderful Sardinero Beach, and buses run frequently to the city centre."

"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"Apartment exactly as pictured. No one on reception on arrival or at all during our stay, contact available by phone. We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. Kitchen facilities but Coffee machine would be useful as for 1 night stay people dont tend to purchase coffee & milk. Have use of private fridge & extra charge to use launndry facilities but...

"We were refused the entry to the hotel. We reached hotel at 11pm. Rang the door bell nobody answer it. Rang the number on the booking. The guy at the either end of the phone was rude, un copertive, not helpful and also he put the phone down on me. I several time and the guy took the phone of the hook so I could not get in touch. "La casa está ubicada cerca de la zona de la ría de Ajo. Estás a 20’ andando del pueblo o 3 en el coche. Es una zona tranquila. Nosotros íbamos con perro y tener la ría tan cerca era un plus. La casa está bien, es cómoda y está bien ubicada. Lo único malo es que tiene una casa al lado y otra arriba y se escucha todo. Y por otros lado, en la casa no encontraréis gel, jabón platos… bayetas, trapos de cocina… Para mi, esto es un contra ya que para una semana tienes que adquirir todo"
