"Unfortunately the maintenance was very neglected, several things either didn’t work, were of poor quality, or old and dirty. Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town...

The views are wonderful, and the things to do in Alassio include great food, fun at the beach, a wonderful town to explore, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The owners were great hosts. "My wife and I stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and property. Jessica was responsive and very helpful. It is way up the hill, so be prepared to drive to the beach. Would be even better with 2 couples where you could enjoy some meals together on the patio, overlooking the sea. The views of the sea from the house and patio are really incredible. Very tastefully and artistically decorated. Enjoyed dinner at La Ruggia and visiting Finalborgo. Highly recommend!"
