"The photos and descriptions of the charming apartment are very accurate. The floor to ceiling windows lookout over a beautiful park and the apartment is very spacious. It’s a good location for walking the city to historical sites and restaurants and shopping. The host ombretta is a charming woman who has lived there all her life and made us feel very welcome. She made the whole visit special. "

"Staying at Corte Stellata was wonderful. Emanuela, Gabrielle and Sophia were welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean and restful. It’s close proximity to Ferrara made it easy to see the historical highlights there, while it’s location in a rural village lent an authentic feel to our visit. Walking on the rural roads and dike along the Po was safe and easy. A lovely retreat!"

"Our stay at Corte Stellata was amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cosy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It was very quiet and in an idyllic countryside setting. Our lovely hosts, Emanuela and Gabriele, were available if we needed anything and provided us with a wonderful bottle of Merlot wine when we arrived, which was delicious and much appreciated. "The property was in a lovely, quiet location in the historic centre of Ferrara. We enjoyed a comfortable, quiet stay. The only hitch was that we had not realised that the single bedroom is about four small flights of stairs down from the rest of the house. Both my husband and I require a toilet on the same floor as a bedroom. We also sleep in separate bedrooms. This was resolved by using the sofa bed. "It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "
