"My first impression was the welcoming to the location by the owner. Very clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. What i liked was that everything was close by. The private parking was a plus for me considering is at a main road. The noise was not bad at all considering its location. It felt very welcoming with all the details. "Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."
