"The cottage is small, but quaint, characterful and very peaceful. Inside the dark wooden beams make everything look a little dark, but it's comfortable. Kitchen equipment is a little dated, but it all works. The a/c works well. The front patio has very nice partial views of the sea, about 200m away across a field. "We were able to access property easily and slightly earlier than arranged. Very thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. Pool and gardens are well kept and clean. Absolutely fabulous location and views. Beach, groceries and tavernas all within walking distance. I noted a few reviews mentioning the bins being off site which they are however the super friendly gardener will take rubbish for you so it’s really not a problem. Kalami bay is beautiful. "We just returned from a relaxing week at picturesque Paleopetres resort that exceeded our expectations! Joanne made the entire process from booking to check-in extremely easy, she is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are happy. The welcome basket of treats and stocked beverages in the fridge was a pleasant surprise after a long travel day. "The rocky shoreline just in front of the property was fantastic for wild swimming and snorkeling, and the views across the channel to Albania were spectacular. There was quite a lot of music and noise audible all day from the sound system at a neighboring resort, which did disrupt the peaceful atmosphere somewhat, and access to a car was essential as there were extremely limited facilities within walking distance, especially early on in the season when we visited."

"This is a lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. Communication was excellent, with offers of help from the start. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with quickly and effectively. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped for a holiday rental. A car is definitely essential to stay here, but there is parking and the nearest town is only a few minutes drive away along the main road. We had a very enjoyable relaxing stay. "

Bruits, poussières, ouvriers qui ont la vue sur la piscine: en gros, des vacances gachées. Nous déconseillons donc cette maison tant que les environs ne sont pas calmes et propres."
