Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and where our grandparents lived. It was completely renovated in 2017, taking care to keep the spirit of old times, the Istrian tradition with elements of modern life.
What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single air-conditioned room, large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom.
The one that dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920.
Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.
Puntera is a village located near Barban in eastern Istria. Surrounded by the typical Istrian landscape (olive groves, vineyards, meadows ...). What makes it interesting is that there are several Istrian towns and villages (Pula, Labin, Rabac, Rovinj ...) which can be reached in 30 minutes by car, making it the ideal starting point for your exploration of Istra.
Thanks to its exceptional location and special relaxing atmosphere it offers, in recent years by a number of visitors it has been recognized as the ideal place for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
