"Basic but comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. The room stayed warm throughout the night, which was necessary given the temperatures outside dropped to -5°c during my stay. Staff at the front desk and café area were very helpful. One negative point - the wi-fi did not function for the duration of my stay. "

"Buffet breakfast great , staff so friendly and helpful , very clean . Parking a pain but staff as helpful as possible with suitcases and suggestions. Bed and linens comfy . Nice view and so close to cathedral and museum of evolution and promenade. Fruit stand close ! Staff had infused h20 and fruit in the lobby that was nice when we arrived . "
