"My initial visit to El Nido and stay at this charming inn was a delightful experience. I stayed 3 nights. The facilities and accommodations were satisfactory overall. Its location, merely 2-5 minutes from the beach, dining, shopping, transportation, and tour bookings, was highly convenient. The standout feature, however, was the warm and welcoming staff who ensured my safety and comfort. The breakfast offerings were delectable, featuring a mix of American and Filipino cuisine. The sole drawback was the absence of elevators in the four-story inn."

"NEVER again! The room smells musty, especially the strong smell of the molds. We got sick after 4 days. We ended up moving to a different resort for the rest of our stay in El Nido. I did not bother asking for a refund for the remaining days. I booked 7 days, quadruple room; 2-double bed. But they gave us a double bed, a single bed and an extra mattress. The worst part was, the mattress blocked the door. In case of emergency, we can’t get out unless the extra mattress is up. The space is limited and we couldn’t move around. The door knob needs repair. It was loose and wobbly. I’ve been asking the staff to move us to a quadruple room. Instead they gave us an extra room which smells the same, musty and no ventilations. Towels provided looks like rugs. The only good thing, staff were nice and friendly. "
