"We had a room on the top floor with a great view of the mountains and the waterfront. The room was big and had a dining table. Bed was comfortable, shower was big. Very convenient for checking out V&A waterfront and catching the ferry to Robben island. Parking is not included but is cheap. Room service menu is good and the staff at the front desk are very accommodating. Overall a very good stay and would stay again. "

"I sgayed in the sugar daddy suite and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the toom was very spacious. When i checked in i was warmly greeted and the staff helped me bring my bags upstairs. They do have an elevator as well. The rooftop area was gorgeous and had great music playing in the evening. The restaurant had amzing food that was freshly made each day and a food amount of options. They also had a cake of the day with a cappucino special (best way to end the day!). It was located 2 bkocks from the hop on and off bus tour and one of their main office. I would highly recommend!"

"Our check in with Ntsiki was a good sign of all the nice things to come. (I do wish we had been offered an upgrade considering we were there for 6/7 nights/days. Our friend was there one night and was given an oceanfront upgraded room. ) Our room was convenient and comfortable and super clean. Everything we needed was provided. The included breakfast is out of this world. From fresh oysters on ice to award winning sparkling wines and cooked to order eggs and bakery goods to rival the best of Europe, this breakfast buffet was amazing. The service provided by manager, Xolie, and her team especially waitstaff Nadia & Bongiwe as well as Thabisa the hostess. Pardon me if I spelled any names wrong. They spoiled us. They remembered what coffee we liked and had the barista make them for us everyday. We enjoyed drinks and snacks on the patio in front of the sea where we could watch dolphins, whales, otters and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. "
