"The property was close to dining and site seeing options. Staff were great"

"It was a nice place and clean as well. But the water pressure was low and the room we were in needed more TLC. Meaning that the shower head needed to be serviced because some of the sprinklers holes were clogged. And the dresser drawers were hard to open and closed. Other than that every thing is good.Oh and the Resturant Evelyn needs to train their servers to learn what’s on their menu instead of going back and forth to answer simple questions like for example. On the menus it has specials but the servers wasn’t aware what the special for the day was."

"Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, we stayed three nights and all were pleasant, helpful and friendly. "
