This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was amazing! They have great rooms and a free breakfast you can choose which is very good! They also offer a free shuttle service to the bus station. Over all this is a must have you are coming to Vigan, Philippines!!!! Best Hotel!!!!!

This is an old hotel (1912) next to a 15th century Spanish town, preserved. Perfect location, very pleasant staff. Deserves its name!

It was worth it!
This hotel has been the best hotel I have stayed into in Vigan. It was just a block away from Calle Crisologo. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. It was worth every penny. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Breakfast choices are good however the quantity and quality needs to be improved. For instance, some vegetables and fruits for a more balanced meal. Otherwise, breakfast outside the hotel elsewhere is a good alternative.

We had to pay an extra 1700 pesos for an upgrade I wasn’t aware of. Rooms was prepaid through Expedia . I wish it was explained thoroughly that we were upgraded for a charge.

The facility is very clean. Unfortunately, when I entered our room, I always check the bathroom first to see how clean the shower head and the floor is and voila! I saw 2 dead "ipises" cockroaches. The facility is very old but it seems that the place has been repainted and cleaned, no holes anywhere and so who is to say where it came from. The staff were very quick in responding to all our requests. They are friendly and courteous.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of a "Vigan vibes" hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and they have a free VIP ticket for the fountain show which is very nice. Definitely will recommend this hotel. 10/10.
