"The home was exactly as described - updated, clean, and a very quick walk to transit. We visited many of the neighborhood restaurants and pubs. Easy access to other areas of London. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip. "

"Stayed here for a family vacation. The central location cannot be beat! Close to landmarks, the tube(s), shopping, grocery, and dining, this property had it all right outside the door. Kitchen was well appointed for our needs. The terrace was perfect for afternoon cocktails - for six adults! Management was incredibly helpful with any questions. Be prepared for stairs! Highly recommend."

"Loved the location - close to the Tube, great little restaurants, wonderful working community, so safe, so quaint, LOVELY. The flat itself was great. If I could have that kitchen! The kitchen must have been recently renovated - amazing stove and oven, everything new, and the drawers had everything you would need, including sugar and salt. The windows must be new too. The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but we are picky with beds. Also, the living room furniture is wearing out. We...

"Laura was there to meet us upon arrival and help us get the car in to the garage, which was very good of her. The beautiful apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The short walk to the tube made it easy to get to all the attractions."

"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. My 24 year old son was not comfortable most...

"We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. "

"This property was wonderful for our family with teens/older kids. The houae is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. We have plenty of cookware and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully modernized and opens to a nice garden. One note for those traveling dueinf summer, as with most London homes, there is no air conditioning. The property manager provided fans for each bedroom, which helped improve sleeping comfort. We would happily rent this home again!"

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"Absolutely amazing stay in the heart of the west end. I could walk everywhere in central London, it was quiet despite being in a bustling part of town. Public transport options are basically unlimited. I could book plays last minute because I was right there. Had a great time! "
