" Beautiful resort, we really enjoy the stay, the staff was great 👍 always willing to help and serve, all the rooms of the resort were clean and really comfortable and convenient, the food at the restaurant was excellent, we really have a wonderful time there and was really relaxing."

"Wonderful place in town. Quiet locale but close to everything. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Decent spa. Spacious, nice rooms. Two suggestions: ceiling fans in the rooms instead of chandeliers. I had to sleep with my balcony doors open in order to cool the room down at night. No phones in the spa wasn’t followed by Ecuadorians who visited. Many on speaker phones / FaceTimes instead of observing the quiet signage posted. Spa staff notified but weren’t open to requesting they stop so I left on numerous occasions. "

"We loved it. Carl and his family made us feel at home. The place is beautiful and located on a quiet street near dining and the hot spring baths. Breakfast was amazing every morning. I would love to go back! "

"Lovely hotel in Banos! Super safe, totally walkable area and town. The hotel is 2 min walk to the hot springs. The hotel clerk is wonderful and helpful! Hotel room was great and bathroom was really great. It included a great little dessert the night we checked in and then a wonderful breakfast in the morning. "

"Nice little place up the hill from the center. Good value for money, can’t top that. Hot water takes a minute to start but it’s there. The hill is steep but you could taxi it if you want. Front desk people were very kind and helpful. I wish they had a room with a kitchenette. Otherwise it was great. "
