"Have not been at the DT for a while but was back for a short stay. There can be no doubt that there is a need for an upgrade within the hotel but in many ways the staff make up for this. Always; helpful, polite and incredibly friendly. To all those many Hotels in the area, where I have stayed...my advice would be; make a visit, watch, listen and learn...to how it should be done I will be back "

"This is a unique property away from the City but well worth the extra 30min drive. The breakfast area view is beautiful buffet is pretty good and the staff really nice. The surrounding area is green and pretty."

"Had a fabulous overnight stay with our granddaughter in a family room. We had a lovely room overlooking the front and over to Dunblane. Everything was comfortable. Loved the swimming pool. Staff were excellent and friendly everywhere we were, a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was a huge selection of food served in lovely surroundings. Stayed with friends before and will definitely be back."

"Stayed one night and the staff were very friendly and professional Bed was comfortable, room very clean and decor very beautiful Food very good, good choice from the breakfast option One thing i will mention is that tv switched itself on a few times while in the room and would be on when coming back to hotel room after being out, upon asking staff if the keycard operated the tv, their reply was no, so this was interesting Overall lovely experience and would highly recommend Down side is having to pay for car parking"

"Overall my room was spacious, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits in the hospitality tray. The publix parts of the hotel are lovely and the restaurant staff were really nice. Only negatives were that bathroom needed few bits of maintenance although again it was very spacious and clean. The duvet cover on my bed has a rip in the seam, just brought down the standard a bit. That said I will book again without hesitation. "
