"Very convenient location in Belfast city. There’s two shopping centres and takeaway restaurants nearby . Staff couldn’t be any more friendly, they were so helpful. Only thing I would criticise would be that the kettle worked the first night of my stay but decided not to work the rest of my stay. "

"Such a perfect stay. The room was lovely and I was so happy it had a fabulous bath unlike so many places these days. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were so friendly and professional, clearly well trained and a credit to the hotel.
