Great spot to stay in the Silom area. The rooms were clean spacious and very comfortable. The host was terrific, very friendly and would offer suggestions and advice of things to do. Definitely, a must-stay if you're looking for comfortable accommodation in Bangkok.

Good budget accommodation in Silom
It’s located in Silom and only 6-min walk from Sala Daeng BTS station. Good location and the lady owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Always stay here when I come to Bangkok. Only short 6 mins walk to Saladeng BTS or Silom metro station. Kwang, The owner is very friendly and helpful

What a little gem! So convenient, minutes to the metro and endless eateries, yet so incredibly quiet. The place is immaculate and the service is next level. I'll definitely come back on my next visit to Bangkok!

スタッフが優しくて親切。 チェックイン時間に合わせて部屋のエアコンも付けていてくれた。 3泊だったが、一度もクリーニングは入っていなかったようだ。タオルはひとり2セット用意されていたし、広くて綺麗なので、全然問題なかった。

サラデーンとシーロムの両駅から、徒歩5分程度の好立地だが、小さい路地に入るので、夜は少し不安かも。またGoogleマップで登録されている画像が違うホテルなので、間違えやすい。(よく間違われるのか、誤表示されているホテルのガードマンが親切に案内してくれた) 部屋は清潔で、枕がふかふかで気持ちいい。1Fの共有部分にはミニバーが設置されている。 壁が薄く、廊下？隣の部屋の音が聴こえるのが気になった。また他の部屋のトイレを使うと？、自分の部屋のトイレも変な音がするので嫌だった。 オーナーは親切で、夜中に着いたので24時間営業の飲食店を教えてくれたり、次に宿泊するホテルへの道順を教えてくれた。

清潔で広い部屋でした。 またオーナーもとてもフレンドリーです。 ランドリーサービスも80thb/kg(下着と靴下は1つ10thb)でリーズナブル。 サラディーン駅までも徒歩圏内です。 大通り沿いではないので静かですが、周囲の部屋の音が少し気になる方もいるかもしれません。 またエレベーターが無いので重い荷物がある方は大変かも。もちろん手伝っていただけます。 総合的に価格に対して満足度が高いホテルです。

Das Urban House bietet zu günstigen Preisen große, bequemliche Zimmer, die gut ausgestattet sind. Dabei ist die Lage sehr günstig für Bangkok Besucher, und dennoch ruhig. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch bei einem erneuten Besuch Bangkoks würde ich wieder da buchen! Lediglich der Fernseher würde mehr Spass machen, wenn auch internationale Programme zu empfangen wären.

Very clean, great location and great value for money. Given a free upgrade on our room on arrival and the lady that runs the guest house is incredibly helpful. She helped with everything from getting a massage to using the public transport. Our bangkok experience wouldn't have been the same without her.

The lady is so friendly and speaks great English. Emailed me early to ask arrival time so she can be waiting to help a taxi for directions, if needed. Really clean room and nice shower. And of course right by fat boy sushi which is the best we’ve eaten! P.s. better than sushi samba in London but 1/4 of the price!!!!
