Decent budget place to stay on Asoke but lots of local street traffic. Maybe difficult to access on foot. Breakfast is good but coffee lacking. Only instant Nescafé available. Nice bakery across the street with real coffee.

The location is very convenient, with both the BTS and MRT just 10 minutes away. It's also great to be close to all the restaurants and shops in Thong Lor. The property itself needs a bit of a refresh - it's a little tired and could use a new coat of paint in the bathroom, as well as tile and fixtures. Not having a proper wardrobe to put away clothes is also a downside. Lastly, the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied - somewhat limited selection for vegetarians. However, the staff were amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. Overall, great value for money, very quiet, and accessible to all the major sites.

The spacious units with living area and separate bedroom and bathroom are very nice and well-appointed. It's also pretty quiet. A bit off the beaten path, but I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. AC blasting cool air all day and night was really a relief in the bangkok heat. Despite Sukhumvit being a very busy area, the room was very quiet. Decent brekkie. Hotel gave us all we needed for our 3 day stay in bangkok. Good value for money.
