Great Location,Brilliant Service & Early Checkin!
I've stayed here several times now and we keep coming back because the location and the service is so good. Yes, the rooms are a little tired, basic and small but the customer services is always exceptional and the location is brilliant in terms of night life and sight seeing but unlike other hotels in the area the Thai Cozy is very quite at night so you can get a great sleep. We arrived at 06.00am just to drop our bags off due to checkin opening at 14.00 and they let us checkin without any hesitation despite us arriving 8 hours early. This was really appreciated and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Basic hostel kamer. Niet heel veel aan, voor een kort verblijf opzich prima. Badkamer wel erg klein, niet echt aparte douche kabine oid. Verder opzich prima kamer maar nergens echt om kleren te opbergen. Personeel wel heel aardig!

キレイで居心地のいい場所
内装などとてもキレイで、居心地の良い場所でした。オーナーの方もみな親切でした。BTSのラチャティウイ駅から歩いて向かいましたが、初めは場所がわからずに苦労しました。大通りから私有地らしき場所へ入るとホステルが見えます。

予約してホテルに着いたら満室と言われ、ホテル代をカードで支払っていたのに返金されない。 このアプリもちゃんと管理出来ていないのに料金を取っているのは悪質。 何度か利用していましたが、返金されないようなので対処します

Worst staff ive ever come across
Disgusted with my stay here. Got kicked out our room as my partner had a ballon in the room. Yes a balloon. The kicked us outvat midnight and refused a refund or our key deposit back as it was a fire hazzard. Didnt even explain they were just crazy and aggressive. Ive never witnessed anything so ridiculas and completely uncalled for in all my life. The night reception woman was vile. Horrible horrible person. Totally unprofessional.

周辺環境も建物なども良いですが、とにかくうるさいです
カオサン周辺の安いゲストハウスにありがちな典型的な狭さの部屋ですが、建物は十分に綺麗でエレベーターもあるので高い階でも問題ないです。しかし部屋の壁が恐ろしく薄いのか隣室の音が聞こえすぎて寝られません。外部の騒音も重なって明け方までうるさいので気になる方はやめたほうがいいでしょう。若いファランや中国人の家族連れの大きな声がずっと聞こえます。 また私がアサインされた部屋は排水が機能してなかったため、シャワーの水が全然流れずにずっと水浸しの中でトイレや歯磨きをする羽目になりました。 良い点としてはWIFI環境は良く速かったこと、またランブトリ通りとの交差点付近に屋台がたくさん出ているので食事には事欠きません。本来はカオサン・ランブトリの一本裏手で静かなことを期待して訪れただけに残念でした。 同じ料金なら別のゲストハウスをお勧めします。

Great place to explore from
Fantastic location, clean, and a good little base to explore the wonders of Bangkok! Only thing I'll say, is the internet is really annoying. You have to keep signing in. But it does the trick.

be careful when booking as certain rooms have no windows. I had to swap to a penthouse for twice the price which was excellent value with a balcony for 40 bucks ! I guess one gets what one pays for !

Easy to book and check in at short notice, really friendly staff too! Only down side was it can be quite loud with other hotel guests, but for the price I can't complain!

Hotell som vill ha 500 bhat extra för gäst
Jag bokade ett hotellrum för 2 men specificerade ej vilken gäst nr 2 var. Före jag bokade sa han i receptionen att jag fick ta upp en gäst på rummet kostnadsfritt. Men sen på kvällen ändrade personalen sig och sa att de vill ha 500 bhat extra om jag ska ta upp en gäst på rummet. Så blev att jag gav upp och sov ensam istället. Deras regel är att man måste checka in samtidigt. Gör man inte det ja då kräver de 500 bhat extra. Tänk på det ni som bokar och avser ragga upp en tjej på Kosam Road senare på kvällen att ni måste betala hotellet 500 bhat extra. Nästan alla hotell tar extra betalt i det området men då normalt bara 150-200 bhat men detta hotell ville ha 500 bhat extra! Det är ockerpris. Att tillägga är att hotellen i andra områden jag bott hitills inte krävt extra betalt. Det borde upplysas på hotels.com sidan att hotellet kräver 500 bhat extra om man tar upp en gäst efter man checkat in.
