Excellent service from check in to check out. Staffs behind the counter were all smiling and spoke very good English. Check in was smooth, easy and fast. The luggages were brought to the room right after I got in the room. The cleaning staffs did great jobs. The staffs often helped getting the elevator and pressed my floor before I got in the elevator. The staffs came out to the back parking area to greet us when we were leaving the hotel. Wonderful friendly feeling from the staffs. They all deserve bonus from the hotel.

The staffs are very friendly and ready to help. They offer sweet tea when check in. All the staffs are so polite with smile. I have been staying S15 for the past 4 years and service from the staffs has always been excellent
