Great experience staying here. Staff was amazing and helpful. Facilities were top notch and very clean. Shuttle service was very convenient. Only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower but I believe there was work being done which caused this (they had a notice). Would highly recommend.

Majority of the staff at the check in counter lack Thai hospitality. Out of all, Ms.Nara was stand out. I was fortunate to checked in by her. She paid attention to detail and made the check in a fastest possible time. She listen to customers concerns and address politely. When I extended my stay, Nara ensured my stay is uninterrupted. Hotel need more people like Nara to show case the true Thai hospitality. Kudos to her. The only disappointment during my stay was breakfast. I rate it below par. Very limited Thai cuisine options. The quality and taste is way below 3 star hotel.
